Will your products work with my software?

All our products are compatible any DAW. For our plugin presets, information on which versions they work in are stated on the product page.

We render all sounds from preset packs into .wav audio form too, so even if you don't have the plugins, you can still use the sounds!

Where can I download the product after purchase?

Upon purchasing, you will be taken to your download page. Also, you will receive an email confirmation along with an email containing the purchased product for you to download.

Can I monetize songs I make from using your products?

Yes! All our products are 100% royalty free.

How do I open my files?

Our products come as a .ZIP file. If you are unable to extract the files, simply use a program such as 7zip or WinRar to do so.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact our support team for assistance.
